Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Velionra. These terms govern your use of design services, digital products, and goods offered at velionra.com.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Custom Design Services

Our custom design services commence once a deposit is received and a project brief is approved. If cancellation occurs before work begins, we will issue a full refund. Once work is underway, fees are final; however, you may transfer the service to another project or project phase upon written agreement.

2.2 Digital Products

Digital products such as templates, guides, and tutorials are available for immediate download. If you have not accessed a digital product within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund. After download access is granted, all sales are final.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If goods arrive damaged, please ship them back within 30 days at your expense. After inspection, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item and original shipping fees. Goods shipped back after 30 days are not eligible for reimbursement.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due in full prior to delivery of services, products, or goods unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit card and other electronic payment methods.

4. Reimbursement Policy

Velionra is committed to your satisfaction. For eligible requests, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may also opt to apply the credited amount toward another service or product at Velionra, subject to availability and written confirmation.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, including finalized custom designs and after-completion consultations, are non-refundable due to the collaborative and time-sensitive nature of the work. This ensures fair compensation for our designers’ time and expertise.

6. Modifications to Terms

Velionra reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at velionra.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
